According to CFP Board's 2026 Compensation Study, CFP® professionals are earning more than in previous years and report high levels of job satisfaction, with strong ratings for stability (89%), work-life balance (83%), career advancement (80%), and professional development (80%). The study also found high retention, with 9 in 10 planning to stay with their employer, and robust benefits including paid leave, holidays, and access to family and medical leave.
