Modern branch to open in the heart of Baltimore's most transformative waterfront development

Baltimore, MD - September 25, 2025 - M&T Bank (NYSE: MTB) today announced its opening of a new full-service branch in the dynamic and reimagined Baltimore Peninsula. This strategic expansion reflects M&T's continued investment in Baltimore's future and its dedication to meeting the financial needs of individuals, families, and businesses across the region.

The new branch will occupy 2,140 square feet under a 15-year lease located at 301 Mission Blvd, Baltimore, MD.

Set against the backdrop of Baltimore's iconic waterfront and visible from I-95, the Baltimore Peninsula development spans 235 acres and includes 18 million square feet of thoughtfully planned parks, retail, dining, housing, and commercial space. The vibrant, mixed-use community is fast becoming one of the most exciting destinations in the Mid-Atlantic making it a natural fit for M&T Bank's growth.
