The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) has resumed the processing and delivery of electronic and paper bankruptcy notices nationwide. Notices that should have been processed and delivered by the BNC during the service disruption will be sent out over the next week with a notation regarding the delay.
Upon request of a party in interest, or on the Court's own initiative, the Court may extend or reset deadlines or continue hearings as it deems reasonable, necessary, and appropriate to address the BNC service interruption. Parties may request relief by written motion or orally at a scheduled hearing. Parties should confer when practicable and advise the Court whether the relief requested because of the BNC service interruption is agreed upon or opposed.
