NAVY

Systems Inc.,* Virginia Beach, Virginia (N6449826D1028), are awarded a combined $112,833,317 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for hull, mechanical and electrical machinery and systems services in support of surface fleet, submarine, shore-based installations, other Federal Agency vessels, and select maritime agency vessels and land-based sites. Each awardee will be awarded $500 (minimum contract guarantee per awardee) at contract award. The contracts awarded to the eight vendors are not to exceed a cumulative value of $112,833,317 over a five-year ordering period. Work will be performed both in the continental U.S.; and overseas at various locations, including private shipyards, public Naval shipyards, military establishments, and contractor facilities. Work is expected to be completed by July 2031. Fiscal 2026 other procurement, (Navy) funding in the amount of $4,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. All other funding will be made available at the task order level as contracting actions occur. This contract was competitively procured utilizing full and open competition via the System for Award Management website, with eight offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Core Tech-HDCC-Kajima (CHK) LLC, Tamuning, Guam, is awarded a $61,582,001 firm-fixed-price, unilateral modification to previously awarded contract (N62742-25-C-1319) for the construction of P-649, a joint communications upgrade, at Naval Base Guam and Camp Blaz. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $351,344,615. The contract modification is for the exercise of Option Three for Fiber SONET Ring at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz and Naval Base Guam. Work will be performed in Santa Rita, Guam; and Dededo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by March 2029. Fiscal 2026 military construction funds in the amount of $10,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas, Naval Support Activity Andersen, Guam, is the contracting activity (N62742-25-C-1319).

Agrippa Industries Inc.,* Palo Alto, California, is awarded an $18,997,203 firm-fixed-price contract for the Scalable Commercial Attritable Logistics Adapted to Expeditionary Systems effort. The project proposes to develop and eventually deploy a low-cost logistics solution to enable logistics at scale to support military operations. The maritime vessels will be adapted from Agrippa's commercial design and leverage existing Agrippa technology. This contract provides for the development of design modifications for the vessel, appropriate for the military mission. It will also develop launch, recovery, load, and offload capabilities. Work will be performed in Palo Alto, California, and is expected to be completed in November 2029. The total cumulative value of this contract, including a 39-month base period with no options, is $18,997,203. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $18,997,203 are obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under long range broad agency announcement (BAA) (N0001425SB001) entitled "Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology." Since proposals will be received throughout the year under the Long-Range BAA, the number of proposals received in response to the solicitation is unknown. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N0001426C1315).

Northrup Grumman Systems Corp., Magna, Utah, is being awarded a $12,695,572 modification (P0000) to a previously awarded and announced contract (N0003026C2038) to provide services to complete capital maintenance projects and related capital maintenance studies. Projects completed as part of this effort are limited to non-severable improvements, repair, or modifications of Navy-owned land, buildings, and support utilities. Work will be performed in Magna, Utah. Work is expected to be completed April 1, 2030. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $12,695,572 will be obligated on this modification. Nemean Solutions LLC,* Sierra Vista, Arizona, is awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price and cost reimbursable, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide equipment specialist support services for the Program Manager, Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia, and is expected to be completed in August 2031. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-5(b)(4). U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

Blue Tech Inc., San Diego, California, is being awarded a delivery order (H9240326FE149) under NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP). This is for a Cisco Security and Splunk 3.0 Enterprise Agreement with a 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods. This firm-fixed-price delivery order under NASA SEWP Contract Number NNG15SD00B has a total contract value of $68,973,746.85. Kelvin Hughes LLC, doing business as Hensoldt North America, Bethesda, Maryland, has been awarded a maximum $57,300,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Eyesafe Laser Rangefinders with containers. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is five-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Aug. 16, 2032. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 Army working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Warren, Michigan (SPRDL1-26-D-0061).

Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc., Irving, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $26,100,000 fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for fresh bread and bakery items. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Texas and Oklahoma, with an Oct. 6, 2029, ordering period end date. Using customers are Coast Guard, Army, and Air Force. UPDATE: Mercy Medical Equipment Co.,* San Antonio, Texas (SPE2DH-26-D-0017, $16,500,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DH-21-R-0002 and awarded Feb. 10, 2022. Honeywell International Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, has been awarded a $19,814,712 cost share contract, for the acquisition of the Aggressive Embedded Propulsion Operability. This contract provides for development of advanced computational tools and processes for designing a fan module in an embedded propulsion installation. The location of performance is Phoenix, Arizona. The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 18, 2030. This contract provides for the research, development, software maturation, testing, and on-orbit demonstration of autonomy software prototypes to build trust, safety, and resilience into multi-agent autonomous space systems.
