Illinois Power Agency Releases Final Indexed Storage Credit Contracts, RFP Rules for August Energy Storage Procurement, Additional Resources
The Illinois Power Agency (IPA)'s Procurement Administrator has posted the final Indexed Storage Credit (ISC) Contract and the final RFP Documents for the August 2026 Energy Storage RFP to the Final Materials page of the Energy Storage section of the Procurement Administrator's website.
The Procurement Administrator will host an informational webcast on the final contract terms and procurement requirements for prospective bidders on June 30, 2026 at 10AM CPT. Register for the webcast using this link.
Additionally, new resources related to the August 2026 procurement's labor and equity requirements have been published to the IPA's Energy Storage web page. Prospective bidders can review these resources to better understand the labor and equity requirements under the ISC Contract.
