Registration is open for multiple sports hosted by the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department, including R.E.D. Zone football and cheer, kickball, and youth baseball.
R.E.D. Zone Football and Cheer
Tackle football is for children ages 7-12, and the cost is $75 per player. Greensboro residents who have participated previously can sign up online for football.
Youth football is offered at the following Recreation Centers: Glenwood, Leonard, Lewis, Peeler, and Warnersville. Players who would normally participate at Windsor may sign up at any other center.
Cheerleading is for children ages 5-13, and the cost is $75 per player. Locations where cheerleading is offered includes Glenwood, Leonard, Lewis, Peeler, and Warnersville Recreation Centers. To register visit Greensboro Parks and Recreation's website.
Adult Kickball
This league is for adults 18-and-older, and includes three-different leagues: Monday Beginner -Developmental League, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday Recreational League, and Tuesday/Wednesday Competitive League. The cost is $400 per team, and games are located at Carolyn Allen Park, 3610 Drawbridge Pkwy.

Fall Youth Baseball
Greensboro Parks and Recreation offers fall youth baseball program for ages 7 through 15; designed to create a positive environment for youth by emphasizing each individual's right to participate, good sportsmanship, promoting skill development, and fitness and well-being.
Registration will open on Monday, June 22, and run through Friday, July 17. The cost is $55 for coach pitch baseball (ages 7-8), and $75 for Leagues A (ages 9-10), AA (ages 11-12), and AAA (ages 13-15). To register visit Greensboro Parks and Recreation's website.
