Treasurer Stacy Garrity Launches Financial Education Hub for Pennsylvanians

Harrisburg, PA - Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity announced the launch of the Pennsylvania Treasury Department's Financial Education Hub to provide a one-stop-shop of resources to help strengthen financial literacy and understanding. Users will also find information about Treasury's PA 529 College and Career Savings Program, Keystone Scholars and the PA ABLE Savings Program.


"Every Pennsylvanian has different goals and a different level of knowledge when it comes to their finances. I'm excited to introduce a new resource that empowers everyone to discover the tools they need to reach their goals and build a stronger, more secure future for themselves and their families."

The new hub brings together valuable information including both state and federal sources, making it easier for every Pennsylvanian to find trusted, relevant support. The hub is organized for specific audiences, including students, teachers, active military members, veterans and older adults. There is also information on savings and budgeting, including a customizable monthly budget template, and users can find useful information on retirement planning and the ever-evolving topic of digital assets and cryptocurrencies.


The new Financial Education Hub makes financial learning more accessible and actionable for everyone and can be found at patreasury.gov/financial-education.
