Teen Center Expansion Begins This November

The City of Santa Fe Recreation Division is excited to announce an upcoming expansion of the Teen Center at 6600 Valentine Way! Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with completion anticipated by the end of June 2027.

What's Coming?

The expansion will bring several improvements to the Teen Center, including:

  • A new multipurpose dance studio

  • An expanded kitchen area

  • Additional storage space

These improvements will provide more space for activities and programs serving Santa Fe's youth.

What to Expect During Construction

As work progresses, nearby residents and visitors may experience construction noise and increased activity around the facility.

The Recreation Division will work closely with contractors to maintain a safe construction site and minimize disruptions to the surrounding neighborhood whenever possible.
