"One year into Donald Trump's presidency, life in America is more expensive than ever. President Trump promised that costs would go down on day one. Instead, his Big Ugly Bill and reckless tariffs have driven up prices on everything from groceries to health care," said Congressman Eric Sorensen. "Americans deserve better. That's why Democrats forced a vote to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits and cut monthly health care costs in half for millions of Americans this year. I will keep fighting to lower costs, protect good-paying jobs, and bring down everyday expenses so families can finally breathe easier."
