AAFA Submits Letter in Response to DOJ RFI
AAFA submits letter in response to the Department of Justice's Request for Information regarding state laws significantly and adversely affecting the national economy or interstate commerce. In the letter, AAFA notes issues with the implementation of Proposition 65 in California, the patchwork approach to the regulation of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) across several states, and the Utah Bedding, Upholstered Furniture and Quilted Clothing Program.
