Venture One Fund Acquires 179,508 Sq. Foot Leased Industrial Building in Niles, Illinois

Rosemont, IL - August 19, 2021 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 179,508 square foot industrial building located at 6900 Austin Avenue in Niles, Illinois. The precast building is 100% leased to one tenant.
The building was constructed in 1980 and sits on 6.80-acres of land. It features 21' clear height, 9 docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for 120 cars and 4,820 square feet of office space. Additionally, it is fully air conditioned and has food grade improvements.
