Honesdale, PA- Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of LeeAnn Peterson to Bank Officer and Credit Analyst.

In her role, LeeAnn supports the Bank's commercial lending function by providing comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting support. She evaluates financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, collateral valuations, and industry and market trends to assess creditworthiness and support sound lending decisions. LeeAnn prepares detailed financial spreads and loan presentations for Loan Committee review, including new loan requests, renewals, modifications, and loan reviews, while maintaining accurate loan data within the Bank's commercial credit management systems.

LeeAnn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and has completed specialized analytical coursework focused on agricultural businesses, as well as advanced financial statement analysis training. She brings 27 years of banking experience to the Wayne Bank team, including leadership roles in agricultural and commercial credit, and more than three years with Wayne Bank, where she advanced from Commercial Administrator to Credit Analyst.
