After a successful first run, the IMPACT Film Fest is back!
To kick off this year's video storytelling competition, NCBA is excited to announce a new webinar on April 14 from 2-3 pm EDT featuring the team behind the film that won Best Long Form Video at our inaugural Film Fest.
We'll sit down with Jarami Bond, Founder and Executive Producer of Bond Studio, and Erick Salazar, the studio's Creative Director, to dive into pro tips for video storytelling and get their perspective on how to effectively convey community impact through video. We'll also watch and discuss some of the top videos from last year's submissions to get inspired.
This year's Film Fest will again award the best Long Form, Short Form and Social Media videos at our IMPACT Conference on October 7-8, 2026 in Washington, DC. We are accepting video submissions through July 31 and winners will be contacted by mid-August to coordinate participation in IMPACT 2026 and the Film Fest.
What kind of videos are we looking for? The same as last year-videos that showcase how cooperatives transform communities, businesses and the broader economy. Whether or not a video is awarded, video submissions will be added to NCBA's YouTube Channel. Our hope is that this collection continues to grow and serves as a resource for everyone in the co-op community to use for public awareness, advocacy and education.
