Resignation of Jeffrey Lee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company
On December 29, 2025, Jeffrey Lee informed Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (the "Company") of his decision to resign from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company to accept another professional opportunity. Mr. Lee's decision to resign was not due to a conflict or disagreement with the Company or the Company's operations, policies or procedures. Mr. Lee will continue to serve in his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until February 6, 2026. The Company plans to commence an executive search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
