Honigman recently represented Catalio Capital Management, a health care-focused investment firm, in connection with Claris Biotherapeutics' $118 million Series B financing.
Claris Biotherapeutics is a biotechnology company developing therapies for limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD), an eye disease caused by damage or loss of corneal stem cells that can lead to vision loss or blindness. The Series B financing was co-led by Samsara Biocapital and Catalio Capital Management.
The Honigman team was led by Corporate Partners Phillip D. Torrence and Rachel Rhodes.
