In January, the overall agricultural index decreased by 14.6% compared to January 2025. Compared to the previous year, the plant index fell by 19.9% and the animal index by 10.6%. There is also a sharp decrease in the pig index: -19.7% compared to January 2025 and -9.9% compared to the previous month. Compared to December 2025, the index for animal products is also down, with a decrease of 12.6% for milk and of 8.4% for eggs.
