ubimia® reorganises its corporate structure and unifies the names of its companies

As part of the One ubimia project, the group is organising its companies by business line and bringing them all under the brand it already uses with clients and markets

Madrid, 1 October 2026 - ubimia®, has completed a new phase of "One ubimia", the project through which it is reorganising its corporate structure and bringing all the group's companies under its brand name. As part of this process, the parent company, Proyectos Formación y Servicios S.L., has been renamed ubimia holding, S.L.

The parent company has transferred part of its business in Spain, by way of a hive-down, to three companies, one per business line: ubimia, S.A.U., which takes on the corporate fintech business; EMC Software Jurídico, S.L.U., the legaltech business; and ubimia compliance, S.L., the compliance business. EMC Software Jurídico will shortly adopt the name ubimia legaltech and has absorbed EMC Soluciones de Formación y Consultoría S.L., assuming its rights and obligations as universal successor. ubimia holding, S.L., for its part, retains the group's corporate functions worldwide.

Internationally, the group already operates under the new name in Mexico, through ubimia México S.A. de C.V.; in Colombia, through ubimia Colombia S.A.S.; and in Argentina, through ubimia S.A., Sucursal argentina. The entities operating in Peru, Chile and France are in the process of changing their names.

Continuity for clients and partners

The reorganisation does not change the way ubimia® works with its clients, suppliers and partners. Its commitment to every project, the quality of delivery and the level of service all remain unchanged. The change is purely formal: in some cases, the relationship will be handled through another group company, which takes over the existing contracts on the same terms.

During October, every client, supplier and partner will receive an individual communication setting out the details of the entity they deal with, so that they can update the new name and the corresponding company information in their systems.
