Old National Adds Joe Chasteen to Executive Leadership Team; Promotes Rick Hampson to Regional Senior Director

DETROIT, Mich. (NASDAQ: ONB) - Old National Bank ("Old National") has promoted Michigan-based leaders Joe Chasteen and Rick Hampson.

Chasteen, based in Troy, Mich., joined Old National in February as Chief Revenue Enablement Officer and was elevated to the company's Executive Leadership Team in July. Under Chasteen's guidance, Old National's Revenue Enablement organization works with all departments and business lines to enhance the bank's overall approach to meeting the unique financial needs of clients.

Hampson, based in Metro Detroit, has been promoted to Regional Senior Director, East Division - a new role within Old National's Commercial banking organization. He will lead the company's Commercial banking teams in Old National's growing East Region footprint including Michigan and Tennessee. This is part of an overall realignment of Old National's Commercial Banking businesses designed to create greater client-focused specialization and build additional capacity across all banking and lending teams.

Joe Chasteen, Chief Revenue Enablement Officer - Chasteen brings nearly 30 years of business banking and enterprise leadership experience to Old National, previously holding senior roles with large financial institutions across the country. His experience includes building teams across large geographies, developing and driving sales and incentive strategies, guiding integrations, and leading lines of business across multiple disciplines.

Rick Hampson, Commercial Banking Regional Director, Sr. - Hampson joined Old National as Metro Detroit Market President in January 2023. He has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience in large corporate syndicated banking and middle market banking. His investment experience includes fundraising, capital markets, and private equity investment as well as investment banking and managing M&A advisory efforts.
