Matt Nanney Joins VHB as Regional Technology Leader

VHB welcomes Matt Nanney, GISP, RPA, as Digital Delivery and Engineering Technology Leader for the Piedmont-Atlantic region. Matt will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, connecting VHB's technology-focused vision with the practical needs of our projects, clients, and teams.

In this role, Matt will champion the adoption of innovative tools and workflows related to AI, data analytics, digital delivery, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) technologies. Working closely with regional and corporate leaders, he will help translate enterprise investments into outcomes that enhance project delivery, strengthen pursuits, and create greater value for our clients. Matt will evaluate emerging technologies, promote teams' experimentation and learning, and continue to integrate transformative digital solutions into VHB's consulting services.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise GIS, AI-driven analytics, remote sensing, and digital transformation initiatives, Matt has successfully guided cross-disciplinary teams, developed advanced digital delivery solutions, and implemented data-driven technologies that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver meaningful value for clients across the environmental, energy, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure sectors.
