Norton Rose Fulbright’s longtime Director of Global eDiscovery Services receives 2026 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Lifetime Achievement Award

Norton Rose Fulbright's eDiscovery Strategic Advisor, Florinda Baldridge, has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at ALM /Law.com's "Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards."

Florinda is one of only three recipients of this award, which celebrates individuals who have made exceptional contributions to advancing legal technology and innovation. Now in its sixth year, the "Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards" spotlight individuals and organizations driving transformative change across law firms, legal departments and technology providers.

In her nearly 26 years with Norton Rose Fulbright, Florinda transformed litigation support into a world-class eDiscovery operation, driving innovation and efficiency across regions. As Director of Global eDiscovery Services, she led a team of more than 65 lawyers, consultants and technologists to deliver cutting-edge eDiscovery consulting, document review and AI-driven solutions for the firm's global disputes practice.

This past October, Florinda transitioned to Strategic Advisor, guiding the firm through her planned retirement this month. Her leadership has shaped the firm's global approach to technology-driven discovery and positioned Norton Rose Fulbright as an industry leader.

Florinda will be honored alongside all award recipients during the Legalweek 2026 conference in March.
