习近平主席特使、全国人大常委会副委员长洛桑江村出席乌干达总统就职典礼（2026-05-14）

当地时间2026年5月12日，应乌干达总统穆塞韦尼邀请，习近平主席特使、全国人大常委会副委员长洛桑江村在乌干达首都坎帕拉出席穆塞韦尼总统就职典礼。14日，穆塞韦尼在总统府会见洛桑江村。
