NOTICE OF RENTAL INCREASE PAUSE IN HCV PROGRAM

Nov. 25, 2025 - Effective December 1, 2025, DCHA will not approve any voucher rental increases until further notice.
Any rental increase requests received on or before November 30, 2025 will be processed and honored.
Any rental increase requests that are received on or after December 1, 2025 will not be processed.
DCHA will notify all affected parties when rental increase processing and approvals resume.
