LEE'S SUMMIT, MO - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from Jan. 26 until Jan. 30. No work is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 19 for the holiday. All work is weather permitting.
JACKSON COUNTY
Interstate 435 eastbound on-ramp from Wornall Rd.: ramp closed from Monday, Jan. 26 until Friday, Jan. 30, from approximately 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily, for shoulder work.
JOHNSON COUNTY
Route CC between NE 950 Rd. and NE 1100 Rd.: flagging operations from Tuesday, Jan. 27 until Friday, Jan. 30, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for brush cutting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
