Special use lanes will not run Monday, Aug. 17, 2026
Posted on Aug 16, 2026 in Highways News, Main, NewsSpecial use lanes on Oahu and Hawaii Island will not run Monday, Aug. 17 due to the closure of state and county government offices and public schools. The Kuhio Highway southbound contraflow through Wailua is expected to operate as normal.
