Accounting for the acquisition of Physicians Support Systems, Inc. is complex and as a result, the Registrant has not been able to conclude all the processes and procedures required for it to complete the preparation of its December 31, 2025 Form 10-K within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. Registrant will file Form 10-K for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 on or before April 15, 2026.
