Holiday Reminder Regarding FINRA Market Transparency Reporting Systems

In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, FINRA's Market Transparency Reporting Systems will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026. Affected applications include:

  • Alternative Display Facility (ADF)
  • Over-the-Counter Reporting Facility (ORF)
  • Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE)
  • FINRA/Exchange Trade Reporting Facilities (TRFs)

As stated in the data feed interface specifications, FINRA may send out unmarked test data via its data feeds on market holidays. Subscribers should take the necessary precautions to prevent data corruption for the following feeds:

  • TRACE data via:
    • Agency Trading Dissemination Service (ATDS)
    • Bond Trading Dissemination Service (BTDS)
    • Structured Products Dissemination Services (SPDS)
    • 144A Trade Dissemination Services (144A)
  • Trade Data Dissemination Service 2.1 (TDDS 2.1)
