Ongoing industrial action by the ASU affecting some bin collections

Some bin collections to the north of Bell Street may be affected by ongoing industrial action by the Australian Services Union (ASU).

If you live north of Bell Street and your bins are not collected, please leave them out and we will collect them as soon as we can.

The ASU's industrial action affects only household bins to the north of Bell Street. Bin collections to the south of Bell Street are carried out by an external contractor and are not affected. 

It's regrettable that the Australian Services Union's industrial action has affected our communities and customers, and we apologise for any disruption.

We will continue to negotiate in good faith with all unions representing our staff.
