Norton Rose Fulbright advises AXA IM Alts on fundraising for Natural Capital and Impact investments strategy

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments with over €188 billion of assets under management, on securing new fundraising commitments for its Natural Capital and Impact investments strategy from a number of global development finance institutions.

The strategy seeks to deploy capital into nature-based projects that aim to deliver tangible climate impact through carbon reduction and sequestration, alongside biodiversity protection.

These commitments were announced during COP30 in Brazil, reinforcing the importance of private-public partnerships in tackling climate change and biodiversity loss.

Norton Rose Fulbright partner Geoffroy Hermanns led the firm's team advising on the transaction, supported by senior associates Shakir Mogalia and Cyril Clugnac.
