Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.
Melissa Blosser has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Regional Manager, in the bank's South Bend and Elkhart regions. In her role, she leads 11 branches, supports office managers, leads sales efforts, serves on bank committees and assists with new Retail product launches. She has been with the bank for 17 years. Blosser serves as vice chair of the boards of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County and Ryan's Place. She volunteers with YWCA of North Central Indiana, Faith Mission of Michiana, the bank's Reality Store and teaches classes at REAL Services of Elkhart County.
Tabitha Williamson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate & Institutional Services Manager. Williamson is responsible for the development, implementation, sales and support of treasury management and other technology-driven products for businesses, as well as contributing to the bank's product development strategy. She serves on several bank committees, including the bank's Strategy and Innovation Committee. She has been with the bank for 25 years. Williamson earned an associate degree in business marketing from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor's degree in business management from Grace College. She holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association of Financial Professionals and is a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. She volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.
Melissa Davison has been promoted to First Vice President, Finance Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the analysis and review of reporting, general ledger and accruals. In addition, she directs the annual budget and forecasting cycle, leads the financial analysis and review process and the accounts payable transaction cycle. Davison has been with the bank for 28 years. She earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a master's in business administration from Indiana Tech. She holds the Certified Management Accountant Designation from the Institute of Management Accountants. Davison volunteers with VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), which provides free income tax assistance to the community. She serves as secretary for the Warsaw Band Boosters.
Amanda Longmire has been promoted to First Vice President, BSA Officer and Client Protection Services Manager. She leads the company's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) program that helps prevent and detect financial crime. She oversees key customer-facing and regulatory processes, including dispute resolution, fraud-related reviews, and responses to official legal requests. Longmire has been with the bank for 25 years. She volunteers with the bank's Reality Store that provides financial literacy workshops in local schools.
Judd McNally has been promoted to First Vice President, Regional Credit Officer. He is responsible for underwriting and credit risk management for the bank's loan portfolio in the bank's South Bend, Goshen and Elkhart regions. McNally has been with the bank for six years; he has worked in financial services for 23 years. He earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and a master's in business administration from Notre Dame University. McNally is a Housing Authority of South Bend commissioner and a South Bend Civic Center Board of Managers member. He volunteers with St. Joseph Grade School and Cultivate Food Rescue in South Bend.
Chris Merrill has been promoted to First Vice President, Technology & Infrastructure Manager. He oversees the bank's technology services staff and operations. Merrill has been with the bank for 20 years. He earned an associate of applied science degree in information technology from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor's degree in management from Grace College. He serves as chair for the Warsaw Community Public Library board of trustees.
Ryan Neese has been promoted to First Vice President, Data Strategy Manager. He develops and executes data strategy for the bank and works with the bank's line of business leaders to address their data needs and collaborates on data-driven relationship management and marketing initiatives. He serves on several bank committees, including the bank's Strategy and Innovation Committee. Neese has been with the bank for 16 years. He earned a bachelor's degree from North Central University and a master's in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting from American Intercontinental University. Neese is a Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana board member serving Kosciusko and Whitley counties and teaches Junior Achievement classes.
Nick Toney has been promoted to First Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. He works with businesses in the bank's Fort Wayne region to provide financing and banking solutions. Toney has been with the bank for 19 years. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Grace College. He serves as a board member for the Euell A. Wilson Center and the Home Builder Association of Fort Wayne. He volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, United Way of Allen County and is a mentor at Garrett Middle School.
Luke Weick has been promoted to First Vice President, Marketing Manager. He leads marketing for the bank, including setting marketing strategy, coordinating brand management, and directing the bank's evolving omnichannel marketing program. He serves on several bank committees, including the bank's Strategy and Innovation Committee. Weick has been with the bank for four years. He earned a bachelor's degree in media and public communications from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Weick serves on the Questa Foundation's marketing committee and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County.
Jordan Bell has been promoted to Vice President, Technology Operations Manager. He oversees maintenance and operations of the bank's information technology infrastructure products and manages the technology services systems administration team. Bell has been with the bank for 14 years.
Ashley Bridges has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Carmel office. She leads sales and service efforts at the branch, manages daily office operations and supports staff in delivering quality service and building customer relationships. Bridges has been with the bank for 11 years. She earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Bridges is a member of the OneZone Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce. She is a Prevail Inc. committee member and is joining the board at Family Promise of Hamilton County.
Joe Burtnette has been promoted to Vice President, Business Banking Officer. He develops new business opportunities and originates, processes and manages several types of specialty business loans in the bank's Fort Wayne and Indianapolis regions. Burtnette has been with the bank for nine years. He earned a bachelor's degree in business finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne.
Nichole Mendez has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Downtown Fort Wayne office. She leads sales and service efforts at the branch, manages daily office operations and supports staff in delivering quality service and building customer relationships. Mendez has been with the bank for nine years. She volunteers with Humane Fort Wayne, Snider High School's Performing Arts Boosters, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and United Way of Allen County.
Emily Wold has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Elkhart River District office. She leads sales and service efforts at the branch, manages daily office operations and supports staff in delivering quality service and building customer relationships. Wold has been with the bank for 13 years. Wold is board treasurer of Joy Blooms. She volunteers with RETA, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County and the Elkhart Chamber Leadership Academy Council.
Quinten Bender has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Management Officer. In this role, he manages a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients and handles documentation, closings and compliance for commercial loans. Bender has been with the bank for seven years. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. He volunteers at Humane Fort Wayne, United Way of Allen County and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.
Mandy Benzing has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Support Officer. She is a primary contact for branch staff with policy, procedural and application-related questions, while supporting Retail product and application teams. Benzing has been with the bank for 10 years. She earned an associate degree from International Business College. She volunteers with the bank's Reality Store and United Way of Whitley & Kosciusko County.
Priscilla Coffey has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Corporate & Institutional Services Product Support Manager. She manages the Corporate & Institutional Services support team, including the business call center, product implementation and support. Coffey has been with the bank for two years. She earned a bachelor's degree from University of Valley Forge and a master's degree from Regent University. She is associate pastor for family ministry at Abundant Life Assembly of God.
Leonard Groves has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Network Administration Officer. He manages the bank's computer network, firewall protections and multiple software applications. Groves has been with the bank for two years. He earned a master's degree in computer science from DePaul University.
Breanne Kohli has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, in the bank's Fort Wayne Northeast Branch. She leads sales and service efforts at the branch, manages daily office operations and supports staff in delivering quality service and building customer relationships. Kohli has been with the bank for 10 years. She volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Victoria Larrew has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Business Banking Officer. She develops new business opportunities and originates, processes and manages several types of specialty business loans in the bank's Goshen, Elkhart and South Bend regions. She has been with the bank for seven years. Larrew earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural sales and marketing from Purdue University.
Candy Leedy has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Item Processing Manager. She manages the mail room, lockbox and outgoing customer statement and notice processing teams. She has been with the bank for 13 years. Leedy earned a bachelor's degree in financial counseling and planning from Purdue University. She volunteers as a Kosciusko Community Foundation scholarship reviewer.
Phillip Nguyen has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. He develops relationships with commercial clients to provide financing and banking solutions. Kaitlyn Conley has been promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Officer at the Warsaw Downtown office. She assists with sales and service efforts in the branch and managing the daily operations of the office while supporting office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for two years. Conley volunteers with the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.
Renee Morgan has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer. She works with bankers on closings, inspections, funding and title documentation for commercial loans. She has been with the bank for eight years.
Jacob Scrogham has been promoted to Credit Administration Officer. He underwrites new and existing loans for the Commercial Banking and Business Banking teams in the bank's Fort Wayne Region, as well as assists with training of new credit analysts. Scrogham has been with the bank for four years. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Purdue University Fort Wayne. He volunteers with Franciscan Center and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.
Katherine Shepherd has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer. She manages commercial loan documentation and closings and helps review loans for policy compliance. Shepherd has been with the bank for three years. She volunteers with the bank's Reality Store.
