TASC Awarded Oklahoma Statewide Contract for FMLA Administration

MADISON, Wis., Sept. 25, 2026 - Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), a national provider of employee benefits and compliance administrative solutions, has been awarded Oklahoma Statewide Contract No. 1068 (SW1068) through the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) to provide Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and related leave management services. The contract was executed on July 29, 2026, establishing TASC as a contracted provider for the State of Oklahoma's FMLA program.

The award establishes TASC as a contracted provider for the State of Oklahoma's FMLA program and creates an established procurement vehicle for eligible governmental entities seeking support with the complexities of leave administration.

Expanding access for Oklahoma public employers

Through SW1068, eligible Oklahoma governmental entities can explore TASC's FMLA and leave administration services through an existing statewide contract vehicle.

Eligible organizations may include counties, municipalities, public K-12 school districts and eligible public charter-school entities, public colleges and universities, CareerTech institutions, public authorities and trusts, special-purpose districts, and tribal governments and authorized tribal governmental entities permitted to utilize Oklahoma statewide contracts.

Each organization is responsible for confirming its eligibility and procurement authority and following applicable OMES and institutional purchasing requirements. Scope, responsibilities, and pricing are established based on each organization's specific needs.

Comprehensive leave administration support

TASC's leave administration services are designed to help employers reduce the administrative complexity associated with managing employee leave while providing employees with consistent support throughout the process.

Services available through the program include leave intake and case administration; eligibility determination and notification; medical certification and recertification; continuous, intermittent, and reduced-schedule leave tracking; employee, supervisor, and HR communications; return-to-work and stay-at-work support; and ADA coordination support.

Employers also have access to self-service capabilities, reporting and analytics, compliance oversight, implementation support, training, and ongoing relationship management.
