Student Health Insurance Waiver Reminder

If you have not done so already, be sure to complete your student health insurance waiver. The deadline to complete it is September 4, 2026. After that date you will be automatically enrolled and you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund. Please check your email for reminders from "UTHSC Waiver Reminder."
