Another R2 (Moderate) Solar Flare and now a Partial Halo CME

A partial halo coronal mass ejection (CME) was associated with an M7.4 solar flare in the early morning of 5 November. The CME is being analyzed and once SWPC forecasters have made a determination for any potential Earth-directed component, we will provide updated information. Stay accurately informed by continuing to follow and visit the Nation's official source for space weather forecasts at spaceweather.gov
