In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Cleveland's tiered Environmental Review of CDBG-funded Acquisition and Rehabilitation is now available for public comment. This project has been reviewed and is notifying the public of the intent to request the release of funds.
This program will serve vacant and distressed single-family homes within the city of Cleveland with a period of performance of August 10, 2026, to August 9, 2028. The estimated total cost of this program is $4,000,000, $1,500,000 of which will be CDBG funds.
This program will service the City of Cleveland community in accordance with HUD's goal of benefitting low/moderate income individuals. The project will increase the availability of safe and affordable housing within the City of Cleveland.
