Sheppard Mullin Represented CūtisCare on Strategic Sale to RestorixHealth

Sheppard Mullin represented CūtisCare LLC in its sale to RestorixHealth, a transaction that merges two leading providers of wound care management and hyperbaric therapy solutions. For over 25 years, CūtisCare has worked with hospitals, academic medical centers, hospital systems and physicians to design customized outpatient wound care and hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) solutions. The firm advised the company through complex restructuring and carve-out matters, ensuring that RegenQuest, its office-based division, remained an independent entity following the transaction.

By combining with CūtisCare's hospitals, academic medical centers and hospital systems - including top-tier partners like UCLA Medical Center and UC San Diego Health - RestorixHealth expands its footprint to nearly 300 partners across 41 states, offering more comprehensive management solutions for partners and supports further growth opportunities.
