New position reflects company's continued growth, particularly in international markets
Tampa, Florida (April 15, 2026)-As BRANDT continues to grow, the company has promoted Laura Davis to Vice President, Global Human Resources. As an officer of Team BRANDT, LLC, Davis will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy across BRANDT and its affiliated companies. Specifically, Davis will focus on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
This new role will report to Rick Brandt, CEO & President of BRANDT and work closely with leadership of all affiliated companies within BRANDT.

Davis assumes the new role after six years at BRANDT. She started as a human resources coordinator and was most recently BRANDT's human resources director. She will continue to be located in BRANDT's Springfield, IL office.
"I'm ready to take on the new challenges that this global role entails," enthused Davis. "BRANDT has a wonderful culture, and I'll be particularly focused on initiatives around attracting and retaining the best colleagues. For example, one of my objectives is to devise and launch a global training program."
Before joining BRANDT, Davis was director of human resources at Mel-O-Cream Donuts International, a food manufacturer in Springfield, IL. Davis was at Mel-O-Cream for six years where she managed compensation, administered benefits (including health insurance and 401k retirement benefits) and participated in labor relation activities. She began her career at Nestle International in Jacksonville, IL as a production supervisor.
Davis holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Davenport University. Previously she graduated from Illinois College with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
