LORD-EX1/21: NEW LIGHT FIXTURE AND PRODUCT BROCHURE
We are expanding our portfolio to include LORD-EX1/21, a new linear LED luminaire designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in Zones 1/21. It combines a robust aluminum construction, high corrosion resistance, a light output of up to 11,880 lm, and flexible installation options. Thanks to its ATEX and IECEx certifications, it offers a reliable solution for demanding industrial applications.

What interesting things will you find in the new brochure?
A design thought through down to the last detail
Detailed renderings reveal the individual structural components of the light fixture-from the extruded aluminum body with an ELOX finish to the extendable reflector, the durable silicone gasket, and the long-lasting LED module.
Corrosion resistance verified by testing
This brochure presents the results of corrosion resistance testing in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 12944-6. The luminaire achieves a C4 classification with high durability (H) of the protective system and has undergone a total of 1,200 hours of testing. A separate section explains the principle and advantages of the anodized aluminum protective coating.
Flexible installation and easy replacement of existing light fixtures
Thanks to its adjustable mounting elements, the LORD-EX1/21 can be easily adapted to specific installation conditions. When replacing existing light fixtures, the original mounting holes and cable entries can be reused, thereby reducing installation time and costs.
Three optical system options
The brochure highlights the differences between clear safety glass, microprismatic glass, and opal glass. Clear visualizations and luminous intensity curves illustrate the options for light distribution with regard to desired performance, glare reduction, and visual comfort.
Technical Specifications and Applications
It includes an overview of four length options, DALI-2 control options, emergency versions, and various mounting methods. The brochure also highlights the luminaire's areas of application-ranging from the chemical and petrochemical industries to the energy sector, refineries, ports, and offshore applications.
