The University Orchestra's spring concert will be Tuesday, April 28, at 7:30 pm on Staller Center's Main Stage, where they will perform Saint-Saens Danse Bacchanale and Rimsky-Korsakov Scheherazade. The first place winners of the 2026 Undergraduate Concerto Competition - violinists Elizabeth Yea-Rin Kim and Athena Wilkinson - will be the featured soloists, performing J.S. Bach Concerto for Two Violins in D minor.
Tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for seniors (62+) and $5 for students, and tickets are available online at stallercenter.com or at the Staller Box Office (631) 632-2787, which is open one hour prior to the performance.
The University Orchestra is a 70-member ensemble of undergraduate students from Stony Brook University that presents a series of concerts each year at Staller Center. Susan Deaver, University Orchestra conductor, has conducted orchestras in the United States, Europe and Asia and is a member of the music faculty at Stony Brook.
