MADISON, N.J., May 8, 2026 - Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of Compass International Holdings, today announced that recognized industry leader Mary Lee Blaylock has been named President of Coldwell Banker Affiliates. Blaylock will accelerate around the 'One Coldwell Banker' brand strategy, along with the affiliate engagement, operations, and growth for its network of 93,000 affiliated sales professionals in more than 50 countries and territories.

Blaylock joins Coldwell Banker with more than 30 years of residential real estate experience and a distinguished history of industry leadership. She most recently served as President of Brokerage for Sotheby's International Realty, where she led company-owned brokerage operations across the U.S., supporting thousands of affiliated real estate professionals that drove billions of dollars in annual sales volume.

Prior to her time with Sotheby's International Realty, Blaylock was Senior Vice President of HomeServices of America, Inc., where she spearheaded enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple companies and brands. She also previously served as President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, leading one of the largest and most successful brokerages in the nation. Blaylock also played a key role in founding HomeServices Relocation, LLC, underscoring her breadth of experience across integrated real estate services.

Blaylock has been widely recognized for her leadership and impact on the residential real estate industry. She has been named among the Swanepoel Power 200, recognizing the most influential leaders in the business, and was inducted into the RISMedia Hall of Fame in 2023.
