Redwood City residents continue to report strong satisfaction with quality of life and City services, according to the recently completed 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey. The results offer valuable insights into what matters most to residents and will help inform the City's budget and service planning.
The survey, conducted in partnership with Polco using The National Community Survey™, gathered feedback on community livability across ten key areas including safety, mobility, community design, inclusivity, and economic vitality.

About the Survey
Redwood City periodically conducts a citywide survey (typically every other year) to measure community satisfaction with City services, programs, quality of life, and sense of community. The feedback is a key source of information for developing the City's budget and service recommendations.
The National Community Survey™ is a nationally recognized tool used by hundreds of cities across the country to assess community "livability." The survey was developed by experts at Polco in partnership with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
