DAL to Unveil 2nd-Largest Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Station and Airport Operations Building in Texas

DALLAS, TX - Dallas Love Field (DAL) will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newly completed, 33,400-square-foot joint Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Station 21 and Airport Operations building.

The state-of-the-art facility is the second-largest ARFF station in Texas and the fourth-largest in the United States. Designed to co-house Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR) and DAL Operations teams, the unified hub integrates advanced technologies, cutting-edge sustainability features, and rapid-response infrastructure to protect the nearly 18 million passengers passing through the airport annually.

On-site parking is limited. Additional parking is available at the Department of Aviation Administration Building (7555 Lemmon Ave, Dallas, TX 75209).
