PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with AB1497 and California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 27 Section 21660.3, that the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) is processing an updated Registration Permit for the existing Windsor Material Recovery Facility.

Please be advised that the Sonoma County LEA received and accepted for filing an updated Registration Permit for a Medium Volume CDI Processing Activity located at 590 Caletti Ave, Windsor, CA 95492. The LEA has determined the Registration is complete and correct, as per Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 18104.1. The LEA is certified by the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within Sonoma County, including Medium Volume CDI Processing Activities.
