RCB signs first tenant at 4540 Rivers Avenue

Audacity Fitness has signed the first lease for the redevelopment at 4540 Rivers Avenue, North Charleson.

Audacity Fitness will be home to CrossFit Audacity, and will also offer full body Strength & Conditioning classes, Personal Training options, classes for those aged 50+, Individualized written Programming, and more.

"Our team is thrilled with the redevelopment progress we've experienced at the project and are even more ecstatic to be welcoming Katie and her team. This use will compliment the other types of uses we intend to attract to the site, and is in line with the type of tenancy we developed at Stono Sation on Savannah Highway", explains Kevin Hann, RCB Development's Director of Leasing. "4540 Rivers Avenue is the "sister" property to Stono Station, with showroom space fronting Rivers Avenue and flex/industrial space for the remainder of the park."

The glass storefronts, parking islands, and roll-form awnings have been installed, and the buildings have been painted. Next up is roof replacement, parking asphalt/striping, and exterior lighting installation.

2,500-41,000 square feet is available for lease (up to 10,000 square feet of contiguous space).
