ATLANTA (October 14, 2025) - Today, Sen. Jason T. Dickerson (R-Canton) was sworn in as a Georgia State Senator at the Cherokee County Courthouse. He now represents Senate District 21, including portions of Cherokee and Fulton counties.

"I'm honored and humbled to represent Senate District 21 and the people of Georgia," said Sen. Dickerson. "As a businessman, my values are rooted in hard work, faith and service, and I am fully committed to supporting a family-first agenda in the Georgia Senate. I will work to eliminate unnecessary tax burdens, secure our border and elections, and fight for veterans and seniors across the state. I am ready to hit the ground running in January and fulfill my promise to my community by keeping Georgia the greatest state to live, work and raise a family."

Sen. Dickerson is a lifelong resident of Cherokee County and co-founded Quest Trucking, a long-haul transportation company that employed more than 500 people. Currently, he is the founder and president of Purple Chip Capital Management, a private investment firm specializing in identifying undervalued companies within the United States. He and his family also support Cherokee County veterans, seniors, students and wildlife through the Jason T. Dickerson Family Foundation.
