Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov receives copies of credentials of Ambassador of Uzbekistan

On 27 July 2026, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, received copies of the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Belarus, Nuriddin Mamazhonov.

The two sides discussed current issues of cooperation in the political, economic and other areas of Belarusian-Uzbek interaction, including those relating to the implementation of promising joint projects.

The parties emphasised the active nature of the partnership at all levels. They discussed mechanisms for implementing the agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries, as well as the implementation of the Roadmap for the Development of Cooperation for 2026-2030, which provides, amongst other things, for specific practical steps to increase mutual trade. They touched upon the agenda for upcoming bilateral events, including those of an economic character.

The parties reaffirmed the strategic nature of Belarusian-Uzbek relations and expressed their intention to continue working together to deepen bilateral dialogue.

Maxim Ryzhenkov wished the new Ambassador every success in his diplomatic mission.
