Meet Beth, Executive Assistant to the President

As Executive Assistant, Beth will serve as a key liaison for both the Arete staff and external partners, helping coordinate executive operations, support board and governance activities, and assist with a variety of initiatives across the organization. Her passion for supporting others and helping organizations thrive made her a natural fit for the Arete team.

Behind every successful mission are people who work diligently behind the scenes-anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating an environment where others can succeed. Beth will play an integral role in doing just that as we continue expanding educational opportunities for students and families across our communities.

When asked what she's enjoyed most since joining Arete, Beth didn't hesitate: "The amazing team of people and the purpose behind everything we do." It's that shared commitment to serving others that makes Arete such a special place to work.

Outside the office, Beth enjoys taking spontaneous scenic drives in search of great local restaurants and live music, embracing opportunities to explore and make new memories.

Beth is also deeply connected to Arete's mission. She believes that education has the power to change the trajectory of a child's life, and she's excited to support an organization dedicated to making that possibility a reality for thousands of students.
