14 participating hotels bring together leading chefs, mixologists, and immersive experiences inspired by Hong Kong's vibrant food and beverage culture.

Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International's award-winning travel program, today announced its return to the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026, bringing together culinary talent from across its Hong Kong hotels for its most expansive showcase of food, drink and hospitality to date. From 29 October to 1 November, 14 participating hotels will come together at the festival, where Marriott Bonvoy chefs and mixologists will present specially created dishes, drinks and immersive experiences celebrating the city's rich culinary character.

"Hong Kong is one of the world's most dynamic culinary destinations, where heritage and innovation come together in truly distinctive ways," said Richard Boyer, Regional Vice President, South China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Hainan, Marriott International. "We are proud to present our largest showcase yet, celebrating the city's familiar flavors and vibrant spirit through the creativity of our culinary talents. As we look ahead, we're excited to keep deepening this platform and finding new ways to bring Hong Kong's culinary story to life."

Drawing inspiration from the master idea "Mountains. Sea. Seasons.," Marriott Bonvoy's presence at the festival will spotlight the landscapes, ingredients and generations of craftsmanship that shape Hong Kong's culinary identity. At the heart of the experience is a specially curated menu co-created by a line-up of talented Marriott Bonvoy chefs and mixologists, bringing together contemporary interpretations of local flavors through every plate and sip while showcasing the breadth of culinary talent across Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio of hotels in Hong Kong.

Each capturing a different facet of Hong Kong's culinary story, Marriott Bonvoy's festival experience will unfold across three experiential zones. "Hong Kong on a Plate" spotlights dishes crafted with local ingredients and regional producers, while "Hong Kong in a Glass" brings the city's character to life through a curated beverage journey.

"Hong Kong at the Table" takes the experience further, introducing an all-new concept for both Marriott Bonvoy and the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival. Brought to life through The Experience Lounge, this zone offers elevated tasting moments and omakase-inspired dining experiences in an intimate setting. Guests can look forward to a series of curated sessions featuring chefs and mixologists across Marriott Bonvoy's portfolio, alongside guest talents from celebrated dining and bar destinations in Hong Kong and across the region.

Beyond the tasting experience, Marriott Bonvoy will unveil a limited-edition merchandise collection with Hong Kong heritage textile house Lee Kung Man, offering guests a memorable keepsake from the experience in a wine-inspired color palette of deep Merlot burgundy and buttery Chardonnay cream. The collaboration also extends to a specially created cocktail, Cotton Tree Garden Club, which translates the texture and craftsmanship of the brand's iconic garments into a contemporary sensory experience.

This year's participating hotels include The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, The St. Regis Hong Kong, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel, Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel, Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection, Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, and Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong.
