Statement by Palazzo Chigi on the earthquake in Venezuela
The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, is following the consequences of the violent earthquake that struck Venezuela with deep concern and, on behalf of the Government, she expresses her sincerest solidarity and sympathy to the Venezuelan authorities and people.
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers is in constant contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Civil Protection Department in order to swiftly activate all possible channels for humanitarian aid and assistance to Italian nationals.
