Highway 332 to Close for Roundabout and Utility Improvements in Jackson County

Gainesville, GA - Motorists should plan for a temporary closure of State Route (SR) 332 between Morris Creek Drive and Boone Road beginning Thursday, October 8, through Tuesday, October 13, while crews complete roadway and sewer upgrades in the area.

The closure is scheduled to coincide with the local fall break holiday to help minimize impacts to school-related traffic and the traveling public.

The work is associated with improvements for a new roundabout at SR 332 and Boone Road, near the new Hoschton High School property. Crews will use the closure to complete roadway and sewer work necessary to advance the intersection improvements.

What Motorists Should Know

  • Location: SR 332 from Morris Creek Drive to Boone Road in Jackson County

  • Closure begins: Thursday, October 8

  • Closure continues through: Tuesday, October 13
