CHICAGO, April 1, 2026 - JLL announced today the appointment of Louise Dunne as Executive Director, Account Management in its Technology Division. Based in Portland, Oregon, Dunne will report to Justin Kenyon, Managing Director, to enhance service delivery for JLL's software and social media clients.
Dunne joins JLL after a distinguished 20-year career at Intel, where she developed a formidable track record in global workplace strategy, corporate real estate management and large-scale engineering transformation. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Product Operations and Transformation, where she led portfolio strategy.
"Louise's extensive experience leading global strategy and operations from within a Fortune 100 technology enterprise gives her a unique client-side perspective that is invaluable," said Rob Kolar, Global President, Technology Division, JLL. "Her strategic mindset and proven ability to lead complex, large-scale organizations make her the ideal leader to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions for our clients."
Throughout her tenure at Intel, Dunne held several key leadership positions. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, she directed the executive office, managed critical communications and represented the company in high-level engagements with industry leaders and government officials. In her role as Senior Director of Global Workplace, she supported 100,000 employees across 46 countries, overseeing a 5-million-square-foot portfolio that included office spaces, data centers and LEED and WELL-certified facilities.
"Having spent my career on the client side, I understand that real estate decisions are not made in a vacuum; they are critical levers for achieving core business objectives," said Dunne. "The technology industry moves at an incredible pace, and workplace strategy must be agile enough to accelerate innovation, attract top talent and drive financial performance."
Dunne's appointment aligns with JLL's commitment to building high-performing teams that exceed client expectations and drive future-ready business growth. Her expertise in enhancing the employee experience and optimizing large-scale operations will be critical as JLL continues to expand its Integrated Facility Management and Workplace Solutions for global technology companies.
"Louise's background in engineering provides a technical foundation that is exceptionally powerful in the technology sector," added Kenyon. "Her expertise in bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and the critical operational realities of managing complex facilities like data centers and labs will be a significant differentiator for our clients as we help them optimize their portfolios for future growth."
