We understand the hardship many Americans are facing during this government shutdown. As a community-focused bank, our mission has always been to help others succeed and thrive.
Through our Arvest Assist program, launched after the 2018-19 government shutdown, we offer customers experiencing a paycheck disruption accommodations depending on their circumstances. We hope this assistance will give customers the relief and peace of mind they need.
Watch for Potential Scams
Scammers may try to take advantage of federal workers or others impacted by a government shutdown. Be cautious of government impersonators or other fake organizations contacting you via phone call, text, email or social media creating an urgency to send money or promising to help with some type of benefit, grant or free gift. If you are contacted, the best thing to do is to try contacting the organization through a verified communication channel. Arvest will never initiate contact to ask customers to click a link or to provide personal information. Customers should only provide that when they contact an Arvest associate directly.
How to Contact Arvest for Assistance
